Solution:
1) Go to MyComputer properties
2) Click on the ‘advanced System setting’ tab
3) Click on ‘Environment variables’
4) Select the "PATH" variable and click on the edit button under ‘System Variable’
5) Add below path under "PATH" variable and restart process-studio/agent
