Unable to upload .xlsx file on on-demand portal
Error :
Resolution:
- When trying to upload the .xlsx file on the OnDemand portal, we get a Failure message on the AE portal as
" Unexpected error occurred, please contact AutomationEdge Administrator"
- This is a known issue on the On-Demand instance. This will be fixed in the new release.
- Please submit a ticket to support@automationedge.com along with Tenant_Name and the screenshot of the error. The support team will help you to fix this issue.
