Select all the months and all the dates of the month from the scheduler to reproduce this issue.

1. In scheduler select only one month from the month field and the first date of the month from the date field, and click on submit button it will create scheduler successfully.

2. After that,  edit the saved scheduler, in month field select all of the months from it, and it was successfully created.
