Unable to Connect Process Studio - failed: Connection timed out:

Error!
Facing an issue while trying to open process studio in the client environment, the below error message reflected on process studio dialog box.
- "Unable to Connect Automationedge. Do you want to try again."

Below error showing in process studio logs.



How to Reproduce:

Where system have a Manual, and Automatic (PAC) proxy enabled on the system.


SOLUTION:

Steps: 1: We have to copy the "script address" from the automatic proxy settings (please find the below screenshot for reference) and paste it into the browser, then automatically the ".pac" file will download.




Step 2: (i) Now we have to match the range of the system IP, and according to that, we have to take a proxy from the ".pac" (downloaded file).
Please see the below screenshot for the same. 




Step 2: (ii) In our case, the IP does not match with the renege, hence we have taken the proxy from the else part (highlighted in the above image).

3.Step: (i) After that, we have to add that proxy in automation edge proxy settings.



(ii) Download the proxy and paste the file in the ‘conf’ folder of Process Studio.



Once we paste the file into the conf folder of Process Studio, then the issue will be resolved.
