Unable to append in same Excel file using Excel output Plugin

Error :

When we are trying to append the data into the same excel file using Excel output plugin but instead of appending it is overriding the same data.

Actually, this is the bug in Excel Output Append functionality and the engineering team will fix this bug in plugin release 2.0.

Resolution: 

Our suggestion would be to use Microsoft Excel Writer step to append rows to an existing sheet in the excel file.
