Process Studio update is available for download and this instance will be auto-updated
Issue
When the Process Studio is updated for Cloud Instance and when we start same process studio instance, we get the below message:
This happens when the updated files doesn't get replaced and it asks for an update again and process studio doesn't start.
It gets reproduced after restarting the same process studio. There are few reasons where we might get this popup:
- Having slow internet connectivity
- Might get some error while upgrading to new instance (we can check Process Studio Logs
Resolution
We can resolve it by:
- Downloading new Process Studio on a different Drive/Folder
- Having a good connection on machine
- Trying on another machine(if Possible)
