Issue: already configured to enable email notification when Agent is down, Agent Stopped and Agent goes on Unknown state, But still didn't received any email notification for the same.
Solution: You have to check the sender password has changed or entered wrongly in SMTP setting (AutomationEdge Portal), after setting and entering the correct sender password in SMTP setting email notifications has been received.
