Issue:

Desktop license not working at the agent side.

Solution:

1. First check whether you are applied the Product license or Runner license on the agent side. We can apply for only Runner license at the agent, product license will not work on the agent side.

2. If the license Runner and you are still facing the issue, then please edit the userdata.properties file from aeagent/psplugins/desktop-engine/userdata/config folder.

3. Goto the end of the file and add the below property into the last line:

            sahi.runner=true

4. Save the file and check again. It will resolve your issue.
