How to Reproduce:

If there are any system-level changes, this issue may be reproduced.


Idea
Resolution:

  1. Check the system's MAC address.
  2. Open the database and navigate to: vae > ae_license > Mac_Address.
  3. Compare your system's MAC address with the one stored in the database. 
  4. If System's mac address is not mentioned in database, it means your Mac address has been changed, so you need to update it in the license. 
  5. To add the updated Mac address in the license, please raise a new ticket with the License Team.
If the MAC address match, then proceed with the following steps.
  1. Stop the services (Tomcat, Active MQ (AMQ), and PostgreSQL (DB)), restart the machine, and then start the services again.
After that the issue will be resolved.
