Invalid license Agent Shutting down stating that Authentication Failed
Issue : Unable to upload the license and start the agent as it was showing Invalid license
Suggestion: To delete your existing agent and download a new agent and run it,
Resolution :
1. Tried to upload license on AEUI, was unable to upload as the license was not the same host
2. Restarted the Tomcat services
3. Uploaded the license successfully (License that was provided initially with mac as 70-18-8B-81-BC-89
4. Delete the old agent and download new agent and saved in different location.
5. Started the agent successfully and the issue got resolved.
