In HA setup while setting shared directory path it gives error as " Path does not exist."
Issue: While setting the network path it gives the error as "Path does not exist".
the path which trying to set for HA in AE_HOME.
After the tomcat service is started, getting below error in automationedge.log
\IPAutomation_Edgeautomationedge Path does not exist.
Tried to start the tomcat service from the .bat file but facing the same issue.
Solution:
In the case of HA where AE_HOME is on a different machine (network path/shared location), Tomcat service needs to start with a Domain user account. Otherwise, it cannot detect the network path.
