Solution

- Open the https://support.automationedge.com/portal/en/kb/automationedge URL in your browser.

- Click on the "Sign in" section 

- Click on Forgot password link.

- Enter the necessary information mention in the below screenshot.

-  You will receive mail for a password reset.

- Reset the password and try to login
