How to use Automationedge File upload & download plugins

Usage of plugin: If you want to use an input file for a temporary purpose like do some calculation based on the input record & use that value for another step & generate the output. for this use the AutomationEdge file upload plugin. If you want to download that temporary used file then you can download that by using the AutomationEdge download plugin.

Workflows having this step must first be published on AutomationEdge as they can be executed only by AutomationEdge Agents.

AutomationEdge File Download

Description:

The AutomationEdge File Download is used to download files from AutomationEdge Server. This file such as .csv or .txt is mostly required for operational purposes by a workflow.

This step requires AutomationEdge File Upload step as one of the previous steps in a workflow to get the File Identifier. Workflows having this step must first be published on AutomationEdge as they can be executed only by AutomationEdge Agents.

The AutomationEdge File Upload is used to upload files to AutomationEdge Server. This file such as .csv or .txt is mostly required for operational purposes by a workflow.

This step is always one of the preceding steps to AutomationEdge File Download step in a workflow. Workflows having this step must first be published on AutomationEdge as they can be executed only by AutomationEdge Agents.
