How to apply desktop runner license on agent side.
Follow the below steps to apply desktop runner license on agent side:
- An agent folder structure should not contain any space(for before AE 5.5.0).
- Check whether Desktop-runtime port has assigned to an agent or not, if not assigned please assign the port-

To set the desktop runtime port you can refer to section 12.2 Plugin Properties Configuration in Automationedge user guide.

Please login to AE T3 server with your tenant admin credentials and follow the instructions mentioned in the Automationedge user guide.
- Upload the desktop workflow on the server and assign it to the agent(after assigning the desktop workflow, the agent will download the desktop plugin at agent side)
- Then submit a desktop workflow request on the server (it will create a desktop-engine the folder at agent side)
- Then you can apply the desktop-license on aeagent/psplugins/DesktopPlugins/desktop-engine/userdata/config folder and submit a request again to verify.
