How do I log new support cases with AutomationEdge customer support?

1. Kindly refer to the below knowledge article to register and subscribe to the support page.-

2. After successful sign-in, the Below Dashboard screen will appear.



3. Then click on the 'Home' tab. Below screen will appear-


4. Under the home Tab select the 'Tickets' option and you will get below the screen-



5. Then click on 'Add ticket' button. Below screen will appear-



6. Then you need to fill all mandatory fields in the ticket submission form. Also, you can attach a file up to 20 MB using the below 'Attach a file' option.



7. After updating all fields you can submit the ticket by clicking on the' Submit' button.

8. After successful submission of the ticket you will get below message on the screen.



9. You can see your all tickets under the 'My Area' Tab.
