Facing plugin registry issue

Error:

Customer getting an error Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.automationedge.ps.workflow.steps.windowsapp.engine.Utils at com.automationedge.ps.core.plugins.PluginRegistry.loadClass(PluginRegistry.java:544) ~[process-studio-core-5.6.7.jar:?]
        This is happen when workflow is not initialized
Resolution:

       - Reassign the workflow and restart the agent again.
