Error while setting up Remedy Integration setup on aeui console

Error:

ERROR IntgServiceImpl:1398 - Remedy on demand, null: Integration Conf Test Connection failed as testConnection() method from type JAR returned false. Please check JAR code.


Solution:

After removing below proxy settings from the server, the issue gets resolved:

1. Removed the proxy-configuration file from all the folders

2. Removed the system-level proxy from all the machines

3. Disabled the "Use automatic configuration script" from IE browser-->internet option-->Connection-->LAN settings from Integration machine
