Either no workflow are configured or no workflow are in active screen. No Agent Registered.
Issue:
Unable to access Workflow Assignment even though the workflow is assigned to the agent and working on the same.
Resolution:
This error occurs even though the workflow is configured. To resolve this kind of issue we need to purge the Postgres Logs / Database logs.
