Issue:

Facing an "Invalid desktop license" issue after applying the license on desktop-spy and desktop-engine folder.

Solution:

1. Check does process-studio directory structure contains any space? If yes, remove the space and then try.

2. To check the exact error, please run the start-sahi.bat file from process-studio/psplugins/desktopPlugins/desktop-engine/userdata/bin folder or process-studio/psplugins/DesktopPlugins/desktop-spy/userdata/bin

3. To verify the MAC address of the machine, please run the license-util.bat file from the same above bin folder and check whether the MAC address is valid or not. If there is a difference in the MAC address then you need to get the new desktop license for the correct MAC address.
