AE Request status is getting updated on Remedyforce Helpmate ticket.
Issue:
The AE Request status (which set in "Set Workflow Result") is getting updated in the RemedyForce Helpmate ticket.
Steps To Reproduce:
- If you want to update the status on RemedyForce using integration service, then, please check the "Update Response via Service" option from the Integration service configuration.
Solution:
- If you don't want to update the status on RemedyForce using integration service, then, please uncheck the "Update Response via Service" option from the Integration service configuration.
- You can find this option in AEUI--->Integration--->TypeConfiguration
