AE-Cherwell Intergration not working(T3/On-demand)


Issue Description:

The integration service has configured successfully on the T3 server and the service is running fine. The connection with the Cherwell Instance has successfully established.

When the request is submitted from Cherwell it does not reflect on the AE portal also no trace of request is found in the “aeintgservice.log” although, when we tried to execute the same JSON from POSTMAN, it worked.


Steps To Reproduce:

- Change the date&time of the IC machine, set the previous date older than the StartDate mentioned in the PoolingSchedule option.

Solution:

- Check the connection of the integration service on the AE server. Make sure the connection tested successfully.
- Check the Pooling Schedule configuration details, Schedule-StartDate, end-date, time, etc
- The polling schedule was configured with StartDate as 21/01/2020 but the date of the IC component running machine is 20/01/2020(1-day before).
- The pooling schedule time&date should get a match with the date&time of Integration Component running machines.
- After changing the pooling schedule StartDate time to 20/01/2020, the IC component picked pending Cherwell's request and forwarded it to the AE.
