AE-Cherwell Integration Service Issue
Issue:
Facing an issue in configuring the Apache Tomcat service for AE-Cherwell integration. the status of apache tomcat on the AE portal shows “Stopped”.
AE Version – OnDemand
Solution:
Please check the Automtionede log file, it shows the below error message.
Found an error in the logs which mentioned: "use the simple hostname instead of the full computer name". Upon changing that, it worked properly.
